Refund and Returns Policy


Orders typically ship out within 10 business days from the day they are placed. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item has shipped from our warehouse.

US Shipping

Our packages are shipped using USPS.

International Shipping

Please email us for details and shipping prices for anything out of the US.

Return for Refund

Refunds will be made back to the same form of payment originally used to make your purchase. Product must be returned in the same packaging it was shipped in and returned undamaged. Processing time for refunds can take 7-12 business days after being received by our Returns Department. Please note that a credit issued to your card may take up to 2 weeks to be acknowledged by your bank or credit card institution.

Return for Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another, please contact our customer service department. And include in the package with your exchange the color, style name, size and any other information needed on the item you would like to receive in exchange

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact our customer service department as soon as possible and we will make every effort to replace and correct your order.
